Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) applies when Safaie processes personal data on behalf of a client in connection with services. The client is the “Controller” and Safaie is the “Processor”, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Processing Details

Processing is limited to what is necessary to provide services (e.g., website maintenance, analytics setup, form handling, integrations), based on the client’s instructions.

2. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

3. Sub-processors

We may use trusted sub-processors (e.g., hosting providers, email tools) to deliver services. Sub-processors are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

4. Data Subject Rights

The client is responsible for handling requests from data subjects. We will provide reasonable assistance where applicable.

5. Retention & Deletion

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Upon request and where feasible, we will delete or return data at the end of the services.
