Project Requests & Communication<\/h2>\r\n    <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">\r\n      When you submit a project request, you agree to provide accurate information and respond in a timely manner. Delays in feedback, access,\r\n      content delivery, or approvals may impact timelines.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"margin:26px 0 10px;font-size:20px;color:#ffffff;\">3. Fees, Payments & Invoices<\/h2>\r\n    <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">\r\n      Fees are agreed per project (or via subscription\/retainer where applicable). Payment terms will be stated in the Project Agreement.\r\n      Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Revisions & Approvals<\/h2>\r\n    <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">\r\n      Reasonable revision rounds may be included as defined in the Project Agreement. Requests outside scope may require additional time and fees.\r\n      Final delivery and\/or launch typically requires written approval from you.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"margin:26px 0 10px;font-size:20px;color:#ffffff;\">5. Client Responsibilities<\/h2>\r\n    <ul style=\"margin:0 0 14px;padding-left:18px;color:rgba(255,255,255,0.92);\">\r\n      <li>Provide content, assets, access credentials, and approvals needed for delivery.<\/li>\r\n      <li>Ensure you have rights\/licenses for any materials you provide (images, text, trademarks, etc.).<\/li>\r\n      <li>Maintain backups and necessary accounts (hosting, domain, email) unless we explicitly manage them.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"margin:26px 0 10px;font-size:20px;color:#ffffff;\">6. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\r\n    <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">\r\n      Unless otherwise agreed, you own the final deliverables after full payment. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific\r\n      services giving rise to the claim.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"margin:26px 0 10px;font-size:20px;color:#ffffff;\">10. Termination<\/h2>\r\n    <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">\r\n      Either party may terminate a project as defined in the Project Agreement.
